Intro
This case study was developed as final project of the course in “Ux and digital product design” at Berghs. 
After talking to many people, I have noticed that the new features released on the Klarna App were not used with their potential so I decided to improve the experience and try to create new revenue streams
It was challenging to approach an improvement for a company with such a strong identity and wide product and vision in just 3 weeks and as a solo project. So I always tried to keep in mind Klarnas motto: Get Smoooth.
