Intro
Imagine a diverse ecosystem of services, each with its unique user interface and functionality. The goal was to create a prestudy to design and build a unified portal that seamlessly integrates multiple services under one cohesive umbrella. This cloud portal aims to provide users with a harmonious and intuitive experience, eliminating the need for them to navigate disparate interfaces.
To achieve this, the primary goal was to create a unified visual language and consistent user interface that not only reflected the brand identity but also improved overall usability and efficiency.
The prestudy started with a comprehensive Discovery Phase:
• Conducted extensive stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business objectives, brand values, and user expectations.
• Audited existing design assets and identified areas of inconsistency and improvement.
