Intro
Svea checkout is an API-integrated solution for both B2B and B2C, now implemented for Shopify as well and available for Nordic countries. It is a self-learning system that calculates how the customers want to pay, and where all payment methods and redemption agreements are included. 
It is a service that includes invoices, partial/cards/direct bank payment solutions. This case study had the aim of analyzing and improving the whole flow for the end users, resolving some of the main pain points.
In this case study, Svea's checkout solution was evaluated and analyzed to understand which parts might need improvements and further iterations to make the whole flow smoother. 
I performed desk and competitive research, organized heuristic evaluation, and usability tests to gain user insights on possible pain points in the current version of the checkout service. 
Based on these results, the current solution was implemented resolving some of the main frictions and ideating different possible concepts.
