Intro
I am leading the project and working as an individual contributor in the end-to-end design process for patients-facing products: app iOS and Android. From defining business opportunities together with C-level management to early design ideation to handing over pixel-perfect design to development teams and ultimately testing the products.
I create design solutions that impact the experience of around 1.5M users, resulting in: 
+11% of business value compared to mid-2023
+50% every week of registered users
• digital errands up to 54K every month

I proactively identify UX challenges and opportunities through a deep understanding of product requirements, contributing to shaping the product roadmap and its vision. By incorporating data-driven learnings into the decision process I constantly improve the overall customer experience, delivering value to end users, and the business. I work hands-on on the design including handover to engeneers, I am helping define tracking metrics and analytics, QA, and testing the products before releases into production. I follow up on performances, identifying possible improvements, and driving UX changes.
I have been involved in defining and designing different important initiatives and features, such as brand-new app navigation and new app architecture, promoted features able to increase our user base and subscriptions, and a new booking system for scheduling and managing appointments (to name a few).
